Description:

The plague doctor, known as SCP 049, has managed to evade security measures within the laboratory premises amidst ongoing experiments, demonstrating aggressive behavior with a vengeful intent towards all personnel. Evading capture requires swift actions as the stakes of escape heighten considerably.

Escaping confinement within the lab is just the beginning of a survival ordeal that unfolds within a complex maze of challenges. Navigating through a series of closed doors leads to an ominous underground subway passage, shrouded in darkness and an eerie atmosphere. The critical task at hand involves meticulous documentation through video recording, potentially establishing you as the sole surviving witness to the unfolding events. The eerie presence of this malevolent entity is intended to evoke fear, while the camera serves as a tool to discern between reality and its ghastly projections.

A detailed description of the monster reveals a humanoid figure standing approximately 190 cm in height, reminiscent of a medieval plague doctor. Driven by an enigmatic purpose understood solely by itself, SCP-049's unconventional healing practices result in fatal consequences upon physical contact with individuals. Its macabre procedures involve post-mortem operations that inexplicably lead to the reanimation of deceased subjects.

Under stringent containment protocols, SCP-049 is confined within a secure holding cell reinforced to specific standards. Transportation mandates compliance with a class 3 humanoid retainer system equipped with additional safety measures such as a collar and extension restraints, warranting constant supervision by minimum two armed guards throughout transit.

The enigmatic entity dons attire resembling traditional garb, featuring a thick hoodie and ceramic mask reminiscent of its historical archetype; yet, these garments appear fused to SCP-049's form, obscuring its true nature beneath their facade. Radiographic analyses have unveiled a skeletal structure akin to that of a human concealed beneath this superficial layer.
